dForce will deploy a new set of protocols on KAVA

dForce’s June 11 press release announced a brand new partnership with the KAVA layer-1 blockchain network. The partnership will allow dForce to deploy services such as dForce Lending, dForce Bridge, and USX stablecoin to those in the KAVA community. This step will be important in KAVA’s journey to become an indispensable web3 framework in DeFi.

dForce is a one-of-a-kind web3 startup that hopes to create a comprehensive set of DeFi protocols to offer services for assets such as loans, exchanges, bridges and more. The dForce portfolio currently includes:-

  • Pool-based multi-collateral stablecoin.
  • Vault-based single-collateral stablecoin.
  • Multi-sided loan protocol.
  • A multi-chain dForce bridge.

Additionally, smart contracts deployed on dForce are audited by Trail of Bits, ConsenSys Diligence, Certik, and Certora.

dForce’s evolution to a true multi-chain protocol is taken to the next level through a partnership with the KAVA network. dForce hopes this integration will bring more options to users on this layer 1 blockchain network to help grow the KAVA ecosystem.

KAVA is a secure Layer 1 network that combines the development power of Ethereum with Cosmos-level interoperability to create scalable solutions in a single ecosystem. The latest additions to dForce’s KAVA network will take its dream further than it was.

dForce’s first integration will be its USX stablecoin, the first stablecoin to offer support for multi-collateral pools and isolated vault-based collateral on any chain. Along with the additional $200 million in liquidity, USDC also allows overcollateralisation, Protocol-Direct-Liquidity-Provision, and cross-chain trading on the KAVA network.

dForce Lending, the largest lending protocol on Arbitrium by TVL, will be featured in the KAVA ecosystem. It is a multi-sided lending protocol with a dynamic interest rate system that constantly recalculates rates based on market conditions. The protocol is time tested, reviewed and audited to remain stable during market downtimes.

Bridging protocol integration can improve KAVA’s interoperability with big-name chains like Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrium, Binance Smart Chain, and Optimism. dForce has partnered with Celer’s cBridge to efficiently bridge its DF and USX tokens to other networks with low fees and no slippage.

dForce believes that the KAVA infrastructure is also designed to enable cross-chain connectivity to address liquidity and fragmentation issues. Thus, the integration will put dForce in the right direction to become the multi-chain protocol it always hoped to become.

dForce has already made progress in the crypto space with $495 billion TVL and partnerships with top networks like Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, BSC, Polygon, and Avalanche. The protocol will continue its search for potential DeFi integrations and partnerships to continue to grow its community.
