Network device maker HK aims for long-term presence in Pakistan

BEIJING, September 29 (APP): ioncom (Hong Kong) Technology Ltd. is looking for original equipment manufacturers, distributors and internet service providers to relaunch its brand of TOTOLINK wireless networking devices in Pakistan.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed company first entered the Pakistani market before the COVID-19 outbreak.

However, the nascent sales network quickly disintegrated after the cross-border transport of goods between China and Pakistan was affected by the pandemic, China Economic Net (CEN) reported on Wednesday.

“We had a significant sales presence and performance in Pakistan a few years ago, but the long-lasting COVID-19 has hit our business hard,” said Daniel Zheng, the company’s overseas sales representative.

He informed that the company is again looking for long-term partners and distributors in Pakistan as well as other neighboring countries to grow together.

TOTOLINK manufactures long range wireless Wi-Fi routers, Wi-Fi range extenders, adapters and customer premises outdoor equipment (CPE) to enable long range wireless connectivity. TOTOLINK already sells its products in more than 40 countries, according to the company’s website.

Pakistan is a relatively underserved and unsaturated but large market for high-end communication and networking devices. In addition, there are no established networks of quality products related to information and communications technologies.

Therefore, TOTOLINK has every chance to stand out in the Pakistani market with less competition and more opportunities, which is also evident from the determination of the company to expand again in Pakistan with an even more presence. bigger than before.
